Artist Statement & Biography I am a visionary artist and architectural designer, currently living beautifully, simply, and a little adventurously near Narnia, in the Land of the Long White Cloud ... with wireless internet and satelite TV. My paintings usually stem from a specific and deliberately contemplated theme, oft times related to a particular cycle or event. The image is usually fairly clear before I get to the palette, colours and canvas. As example, The "Wesak" painting was painted at the Taurus full moon, in 1999, and a number of others were inspired by a trip to Tibet in 2000 Others, such as "Ray Cycles" and "72 Faces of Man" were done as creative renditions for book covers of related works. The architectural offerings are a small example of a few buildings done over the years. The circular healing centre may be of interest to those working on that line. It also includes the geometrical overlay of the design which has both inward and outward facing residential rooms, clinic spaces, and teaching facilities for public interface, and separate garden rooms for caregivers, visitors and family.
