The green light dapples through
The soft broad leaves of trees
That stand protectively around.
In the sanctuary co-workers sit
In silence of pure concentration.
And there is one of anchored
Living fire who leads.
In front of each stand three small cups
And each performs the ritual of
blessing.
Each one with mind and heart and hands of fire
In-pours the energies
of light, of love, of power.
And then consumes these three as one.
This new communion of the spirit,
Thrills each into complete at-onement –
Electrifying grandeur.
Yet no emotion comes;
It’s too real for that.
Pure loving knowledge rules,
And wisdom, and nothing else,
But to serve.
