Michael Robbins Michael Robbins, Ph.D. in Psychology, Ph.D.E. in Esoteric Philosophy. As Co-founder and President of the University of the Seven Rays, and Director of the Morya Federation— Schools of Occult Meditation (the Internet expression of the USR), Michael (and his coworkers) has persistently sounded and sustained the note for sponsoring USR/SRI Conference, now in its 24th year. As a long-standing teacher of the Ageless Wisdom through the study of the Seven Rays, Esoteric Astrology, Cosmology, and Rayology, he has inspired students worldwide, some of whom have gone on to form their own organizations to continue the spread of the Ageless Wisdom. Michael is the author of Tapestry of the Gods (two volumes on Rayology), Infinitization of Selfhood (a philosophical treatise on the nature of Essential Identity) and is currently writing a three-volume treatise on Esoteric Astrology. Title: To be announced Keith Bailey Keith Bailey has been primarily a musician and composer. He founded Fiery World Music in London in 1978, and then again in 1984 in NYC. In the late 1990's he founded the NYC based choral-group, the Gandharvas. Keith has been an active student of the Ageless Wisdom since the 1960's and has emerged as a teacher, writer and speaker in the esoteric-student circuit, writing and speaking on a diversity of esoteric topics. Rebirth: Again the Wheel Turns Downward Death: The Great Adventure, a presentation I made in earlier years, examined the upward turn of the Wheel of Life that results in "the disappearance of veils," when the incarnating soul frees itself from its bodies -- dense, etheric, emotional, and mental. In this presentation on rebirth, we will observe the downward turn of the wheel as the soul creates and indwells its new vehicles of manifestation in the three worlds. By comparing the literature of the near-death experience to that of the esoteric process of rebirth, we will discover the new views of death and life as well as the transformative effects that occur to the returning individual after this profound experience. We will conclude by examining the imminent rebirth of humanity (into homo noeticus, or the sixth subrace) and the impending return of the Coming One, or World Teacher anticipated at this time by the faithful in all nations. Robert Borel Robert holds a B. A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin and an M. A. in Interdisciplinary Consciousness Studies from John F. Kennedy University. Women Waging Peace This is the century of women. In this talk, we will consider this aspect of the New Group of World Servers -- women who contribute to the world of peace and justice in a way that is substantively and qualitatively different. We will look at "best practices" that have had an enormous impact on global affairs. The Women Peace Makers program at the Joan Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice Project has achieved international acclaim in seven short years, with other organizations approaching to learn how to implement its best practices of peaceful methods to reduce conflict. It is not easy. It requires patience, courage, and the will to good. Bearing Exquisite Witness In this workshop Gail will show a video, Wanna'ii Murders, which depicts certain customs in Pakistan relevant to women, their subjugation, their courage. One woman - actress, film maker, peacemaker - uses her art to elevate consciousness and give hope. Little known music by the well-known astrologer Dane Rudhyar will uplift and inspire. Gail will also discuss the role of art in conflict. Gail Dimitroff Gail Dimitroff holds a PhD in Leadership and Human Behavior. In 1980 she chaired the County Commission on the Status of Women and is an activist for women and women’s issues. She advises and consults with her husband who is the Trustee for the Hansen Foundation for World Peace. Some of the projects include: The Women Peace Makers at the Joan Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice, The Hansen Summer Institute as well as some agrarian projects in the Middle East, Peace Products. As a business consultant in the field of continual process improvement Gail taught, published and lectured in North and South America. Gail considers herself to be a spiritual peacemaker and holds group meetings at her home in La Mesa at the time of the Full Moon for world peace. She is an active participant in AAUW, VOW, and a graduate of LEAD San Diego. She went with Jimmy Twyman, the Peace Troubadour, to Israel in 2004 and later completed a Master of Divinity in 2007 with an emphasis on Peace Making. She is also an ordained Minister of Peace in concert with the Beloved Community. Gail has been a student of the Ancient Wisdom for over 40 years and is currently a Faculty Member of Morya Federation. Blair Little Blair Little is the Founder and President of the Society for the enhancement of Quality of Life (SEQL), an all-volunteer charitable organization which since 1998 has provided educational programs to help people Live Soul, Act Group, Reveal Oneness. For many early cultures, there was no future as we understand it today, only an eternal cyclic round: the walking of a great circle of time. But with the invention of history as a narrative concept, this circle broke and became a line extending from a mythic past to an equally mythic future. For many generations the future was the approaching unknown and its coming was inevitable. It was like a train bearing down on us, beyond the power of humans to affect. But now the future has become more malleable, open to change, open to creativity. From something "out there," it becomes something within us, an invitation to creative thought and spirit. This talk will explore the idea that a new kind of future is available to us now, not simply in what is coming in our tomorrows but in the power of our co-creative relationship to its unfoldment. Manifestation as a Practice of Incarnation Manifestation is an attribute of the third ray and is one of the principles that will bring a new civilization into being. It is also the principle that brings us into being, a key element in the process of incarnation. In this workshop, David will outline the basic techniques and principles of manifestation not as a method of attraction but as a method of personal incarnation and life-shaping. These techniques and principles hold true whether the manifestation is for an object, a relationship, a situation or condition, or for a new world.
