The heart is the core of every system in the universe, be it an ant, a person or the planet. It is well known that the Christ is born in the cave of the heart. As such it would behoove us all to understand the profound capabilities and gifts of our hearts. On a physiological level the latest scientific research about the function of the heart has revealed much more than we have previously known.  These facts prove beyond any shadow of doubt that the heart plays a significant role in the functioning of all parts of us, not only physiologically but emotionally and mentally, as well.  It is the heart which is the key to our creativity. This workshop is a practical approach to tuning into our heart’s wisdom. You will receive a comprehensive understanding of the relationship of the heart to the brain and the rest of the body and why we should pay close attention to what we feed the heart. This workshop will offer a number of techniques to assist you in creating coherence and heart centeredness at any given moment throughout your day.

Sara Traub

Sara Traub is the co-founder and President of the Centre for Esoteric Studies. She is a teacher, author, and counselor on the subject of practical spirituality. Her penetrating joyful wisdom has been empowering people since 1991.  In addition to articles on esoteric subjects, Sara has co-authored Astrology Illumined which is pending publication.

Sara holds a Ph.D.E. in Advanced Esoteric Sciences from the USR, an alternative university in  the USA, and a teaching degree.
