Every month at the time of the full moon, humanity is presented with a great spiritual, meditative opportunity to contact and distribute the subtle energies of one of the twelve signs of the zodiac and of its 'ruling planets'. It is hoped that the music composed for the Wesak Festival will enhance the sense of its reality and its unparalleled importance in inspiring humanity to greater illumination, and a greater understanding and expression of the spiritual will. From the perspective of our solar system, Taurus may be considered the most central constellation. From a more earthly point of view, the Full Moon of Taurus marks the "spiritual high point" of the year, both for disciples of the Great Trans-Himalayan Lodge and for humanity in general.
